Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. There are no minimums and no hidden conditions. We want delivery to feel easy and stress free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Your parcel should arrive within 4 to 9 business days. A tracking link will be provided so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Ireland. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Contact us at support@plurolight.com and we will guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days after your return is accepted. Your bank may take additional time to post the amount.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at support@plurolight.com and we will assist you with the right option.
What payment methods do you accept?

What do I do if my order has not arrived?
Check your tracking link. If your parcel has not arrived after 7 business days, contact us at support@plurolight.com and we will look into it immediately.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Email us at support@plurolight.com with a short description and a photo if possible. We can send a replacement or issue a full refund.
