Our 30-Day Return Promise

If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. Whether the lighting wasn't quite what you envisioned or you've reconsidered your choice, we're here to help.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must remain unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition
• All parts, accessories, and original packaging must be included
• You'll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfect)

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at hello@plurolight.com with your order number and the reason you're returning. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Quick & Transparent Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method, and you'll receive confirmation as soon as it's complete.

Important details:

• Original shipping is complimentary—there are no restocking fees or hidden costs
• Customers are responsible for shipping & customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchange.

Exchanges

Yes, we're happy to help with exchanges. If you'd like to swap an item for something else, just reach out to us at hello@plurolight.com and we'll assist you.

Received Something Damaged or Wrong?
